Italian Beef
- Cook a 3-4 pound rolled rump, sirloin tip, or similar roast in crockpot until done. Do not drain shred by pulling apart with forks.
- Add 1 pkg dry Italian dressing and 1 pkg Au Jus
- Mix well
- Cook in crockpot for another 2-3 hours
- Place Peppercini peppers on top, if desired.
You may want to add salt and pepper during the cooking process. For a 5-7 pound roast, double the Italian dressing and the Au Jus
