Italian Beef

  • Cook a 3-4 pound rolled rump, sirloin tip, or similar roast in crockpot until done. Do not drain – shred by pulling apart with forks.

  • Add 1 pkg dry Italian dressing and 1 pkg Au Jus
  • Mix well
  • Cook in crockpot for another 2-3 hours
  • Place Peppercini peppers on top, if desired.

You may want to add salt and pepper during the cooking process. For a 5-7 pound roast, double the Italian dressing and the Au Jus
